We worked with Carters to create a new trade facility in Hautapu. We worked together every step of the way including the analysis of client requirements, site selection, concept plans and design specifications followed by project management of the development from construction to handover.

The new depot for Carters Building Supplies is circa 1,750m2 including associated offices and amenities. Exterior site work was approximately 6,500m2. The project includes a lightweight steel warehouse, a shop floor, and a two-storey office area complete with an external timber-framed deck. By achieving 100% site coverage with buildings and external concrete pavement, we maximised the usable storage and vehicle maneuvering space to meet our client's needs.
